chak de india"ns"!!!

i wanted to write this blog long back... but may be; i was bit lazy to put the words....but an incident in the morning and a pic shown by santy have triggered my enthusiasm and i am penning the words now...

i have always felt lucky to have a nice family, a good environment where i grew up and a nice land to learn new things in life.. i have so much freedom in my land that i never faced any sort of hindrance from doing anything...i love my nation and also the freedom and liberty that i have...uffff i think i am becoming lil bit patriotic..

यहाँ पे ऐसी चीज़े होती है जिन्हे देख कर लगता है कि यह मेरा देश है। दिल खुश हो जाता है और नाज़ से बोलता है मेरा भारत महान। selling everything on roads, pan shops at the corners of the road, religious speeches at the nukkads, celebrations during every success, let it be cricket or a movie release or some star wedding...india is full of fun and enthusiasm. there is great energy in all the citizens...

the recent victory of team india in twenty 20 has shown it once again. i was on the road when the match was going on- imagine the highly floated and taken road was empty and all the cricket lovers were glued to their TVs. suddenly there were balsts--oh my god....i was scared..but thankfully they were the crackers blown as a symbol of joy over the victory. from a 3year old to corporate CEO, every one enjoys the moments in our nation.

this picture of my friend made me realise how we indians lead a bindaas life. look at the pic, the batsman is an MBA from a reputed management institute, the place the match is being held is the management institute. and look at the pitch, it is the lounge of hostel and dustbin is the stump(s). wow, this is life and i have always enjoyed it. come what may, we indians never lose our spirit and show the world we are always ahead. after all, it is the freedom that we have here.

hobby day!!!!!!

haaaaaa...strecth ur hands, angadayi leke, prayer karke...u look at the time and see it is still 7.30am. uffff afterall it is a holiday...no hurry to get up and rush to the office just to get some scoldings from your boss.....
so u change your position on your bed and try to sleep again...the warmth of the bedsheet is too good to miss it even for a single moment....your mind is relaxed by the thought that there is no responsibility today........
after taking a nap again..you try to get up..roam around and then get fresh.....have coffee..and i bet this would be the tastiest coffee of the week, beating the ones from barista and ccd. the newspaper lying on the table seems to be a nice company and you feel like peeking into the world......even maggi seems to be very yummy....taking bath wont be in the agenda.....
i always wait for this day........
and mostly sundays are my favourites..........well i simply dust all my books, my cd player and ofcourse my wardrobe...my favourite cds gain some life......the characters in my book come back into action and the suspense goes on.

i shall call this day a HOBBY DAY...i come back to the normal me from the daily mechanical life....
spenindg my time on my hobbies makes me charge for the whole week...wriitng blogs, or watching the missed movies of the month, grroming myself and redecorating the house....all are fun. the homely atmosphere is what we all crave for.

the day is long enough to enjoy it to the fullest. a movie if time permits...and a small hangout with friends...gossiping with the loved ones watching favourite programme on Tv is all time fun. shaam ko chatpata chat in the nearby chat bahandar will add some flavour to the day....a simple supper outisde with family or friends and a milk shake at the end is perfect......
ooooooooo........i would like to wait for such day....let it come just once a week....but its enough to recharge myself......
a hobby day is what i wait for.....

my heart bleeds....

my heart bleeds..
my heart bleeds..

when i see beggars torn out in their worst..
when i see babies being used as baits for alms..

my heart bleeds..
my heart bleeds..

when i see people being hurt in accidents..
when i see people losing their loves on roads

my heart bleeds..
my heart bleeds..

when bomb blasts kill innocent lives..
when kidnaps make families apart

my heart bleeds..
my heart bleeds..

when i see orphans in orphanages..
when i see dying destitutes left alone in oldage homes..

my heart bleeds..
my heart bleeds..

when i see families getting sepearted..
when i see parents losing their children..

my heart bleeds..
my heart bleeds..

when i see animals being killed horribly..
when i see fellow creatures not getting food..

my heart bleeds..
my heart bleeds..

when i see pain in the world
when i see tears in eyes..

my heart bleeds..
my heart bleeds..

but i know i cant do anything..except pray for the peace of the world....

i love my caste......

i know..after seeing this eye catching one liner...u would try to find out what my caste is...and then try to find out why i am in favour of my caste....and then if am against something here..prepare mentally to throw bombs on me...hold on- hold on...

i hate talking about religions and castes which divide humans and are good for nothing.
the what am i talking about? ofcourse caste again...CONFUSED??????

am talking about a newly forming caste...that is development sector.....we are young professionals who are dynamic, enthu, energetic and whatever......we have similar likings, we know the pros and cons of being in the same field....
we deal with humans...we understand the difficulties of the suffering and the downtrodden.
we eat with the poorest of the poor.
travel to their places. muddy roads are runways for us....jhopad pattis are our bungalows....dal chawal is our cuisine......
and above all the affection shown by them is our reward....
oooooo..i feel guys from this sector are too cool and quite matured.....and gals are bindaas......
as far as i have seen...even a kurta pyjama with a cotton jholi makes us look perfect. the ethnic jewellery and cool sandals are our identity. we are too comfortable in hindi. learning languages is our hobby..

one of my friends from this sector says getting married to the guys of this sector helps lot.....
now i feel couples from same field will have good frequency...so i call it a different caste..well this word is borrowed by me from the same friend.....

cool word isn't it...a different caste....
